Uri Shahar

Founder of "Beyond Voice"
Born in 1966, resident of Kfar Saba, married to Dikla Nadav and they have three daughters.
Professional background: Uri is a musician, conductor and artistic director . In 2015, he conceived the idea for integrated leisure and developed the method and model "Beyond Voice" for operating joint leisure activities for people with and without disabilities. As part of the development of the model, Uri founded the "Beyond Voice" choir in Kfar Saba - the first integrated choir in Israel operating using the Beyond Voice method - and he conducts it to this day. As the CEO of the association, Uri leads the strategic planning, the development of knowledge in the field of integration and the establishment of a uniform professional language that defines common basic concepts in the field.
My vision: My vision is to implement the Beyond Voice method as a national standard for integrated leisure in Israel, and to work towards establishing 'integrated leisure cells' in diverse fields. I believe in the ability of the method to lead to natural acquaintance between people with and without disabilities, and I aspire to see it implemented in cultural and leisure centers. For me, creating a professional standard and a uniform language are the key to building shared social leisure for the entire community, which sees and knows the person according to his strengths and abilities and not according to his disabilities.

Dr. Nibi Gal-Arieli, Attorney
Chairman of the Executive Committee
Born in 1959, resident of Kfar Saba, mother of two and grandmother of two grandchildren.
Professional background: Over the decades, Nivi has built an extensive career that combines the worlds of education, law, and public policy . After years as a teacher and educator in secondary education, she turned to law studies and practiced law . Later, she moved to academia, where she focused on research that combines the fields of law and public policy in the field of education. She came to "Beyond Voice" as a choir singer, and grew from the field to her current position as chairman of the association's executive committee.
My vision: "As the chairwoman of the association, I work to establish 'Beyond Voice' as a leading knowledge development center in the field of inclusion. My ambition is to create leisure and community spaces where people with and without disabilities take an equal and natural part , while translating the professional experience I have gained into promoting inclusive and progressive social policy in Israel."

Dr. Marganit Salons
One of the founders of the association
The first chairman
Mother of four daughters and active and happy grandmother.
Professional background: Marganit is an expert in naturopathy and Chinese medicine , a psychotherapist and a body-mind therapist with a private clinic. In addition to her professional work in health and therapy, she is one of the initiators and founders of the "Beyond the Voice" association and served as its first chairwoman. Marganit, who writes and sings herself, combined the worlds of creativity and therapy to lay the foundations for the association and its community activities.
My vision: For me, 'Beyond Voice' is a space to create a better, more caring and loving social future. I believe that a healthy person grows in a diverse community that focuses on positivity and shared action. For me, an integrated community is the place where the "I" becomes "we", and difficulties become shared challenges that are worthwhile and enjoyable to overcome together.

Anat Brot

Hani Shamisian
Project manager and responsible for managing the association's budget
Born in 1978, resident of Barkan, married and mother of three children.
Professional background : Hani has built an extensive career focused on managing information systems and leading large-scale technological projects. She holds a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering and management from Ben-Gurion University , and brings with her extensive experience in managing complex projects, teams of employees, and establishing and managing work plans and budgets estimated in tens of millions of shekels. Her main expertise is high "Delivery" ability and breaking down operational barriers while strictly adhering to quality indicators and schedules.
She came to "Beyond Voice" as a choir singer, and grew from there to her role as a board member, contributing her managerial skills to advancing the organization's vision.
My vision : "As a member of the board of directors, I work to establish 'Beyond Voice' as an organization that offers diverse recreational activities that are accessible to people with disabilities. My ambition is to harness the operational experience I have gained to establish additional choirs and inclusive activities , while creating social circles of influence that will expose the general public to the importance of integration, inclusion, and accepting others as equals."

Anat Friedman-Kols

Born in 1964, resident of Nordia, married, mother of three and grandmother of five.
Professional background: Anat brings with her a wealth of experience of over two decades in the worlds of marketing, strategy and social action . After holding senior management positions in the business and social sectors, she has focused in recent years on accompanying CEOs and organizations in strategy and resource mobilization processes, while leading initiatives with broad public impact. Alongside her professional work, Anat is active as a volunteer as a mentor to at-risk girls and wounded soldiers.
She is an art enthusiast, engaged in creativity and sang in a choir – a connection that naturally led her to activity in "Beyond Voice."
My Vision: I believe in the power of social organizations to create profound change when they operate with a clear vision and true partnership. At Beyond Voice, I strive to help strengthen the organizational infrastructure and expand the organization's circles of influence. My goal is to build an inclusive community , where people with and without disabilities create and influence together as equals.
